Pricing FAQ

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are used for AI processing. Different models consume credits at different rates based on complexity. Your monthly credits reset each billing cycle, and unused credits can roll over based on your plan.

Can I use Rephlo offline?

Yes! With Ollama integration, you can run AI models locally on your hardware. This works on all tiers, including Free, and doesn't consume your monthly credits.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial (30 days for Enterprise). No credit card required to start.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. We prorate charges when you switch mid-billing cycle.

What happens to unused credits if I downgrade?

Rolled-over credits are preserved based on your new plan's rollover limit. If you downgrade to Free, excess credits above the Free tier limit will be lost.

What's the difference between individual and enterprise plans?

Individual plans are for personal use with fixed monthly credits. Enterprise plans are per-seat pricing designed for teams, with SSO, team management, and higher SLA guarantees.
