What is Rephlo and how does it work?

How do I install Rephlo?

Download the installer from rephlo.app/download for Windows (.exe) or macOS (.dmg), run it, and follow the setup wizard. Rephlo requires Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel), with at least 4 GB RAM and 500 MB disk space. Installation takes less than 2 minutes.

The installer is code-signed for both Windows and macOS security. After installation, Rephlo starts automatically and appears in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (macOS). The setup wizard guides you through hotkey configuration and initial provider setup. No administrator privileges are required for standard installation.

How do I run my first text transformation?

Select any text in any application, press your configured hotkey, choose a command from the popup menu, and Rephlo processes your selection through the AI provider. Results appear in seconds and can be copied or inserted directly.

Rephlo supports two execution modes: Standalone mode sends just your instruction to the AI, while Combination mode combines your selected text with the command instruction. For your first transformation, try selecting a paragraph of text and running the built-in "Fix Grammar" command. You can also start a multi-turn chat conversation by selecting text and choosing the Chat option.
